One problem I couldn't do a schedule laid out exactly like that. The days off have to be spaced by only one day...Boss Man wrote:Well in that case then, try a system like this.

I'd suggest this now, seeing as how you said you were happy to workout 5 days a week.

Okay, so this evening, I played dodgeball because the guys on floor wanted me to. I guess they thought since I was muscular, I'd be good. I can't throw to save life. Got hit in the ar, wth a ball that bounced off the floor. It hurt so bad. I hated this experience, never happening again.

Okay. Today.... Ugh. I woke up too late to go to the gym. I woke up an hour ago (11 am) and I have class at 2:40. I'm so annoyed right now. I don't know why I slept so late, I must have been very tired because I slept through alarms. Yes. Plural. I have FOUR alarms set to make sure that I get up by no later than eight AM on a normal day. Today.... Didn't hear anything. Ugh. Anyway. Here's today.

-- 10 Baby carrots

-- 8 Philadelphia Rolls (Yummy Sushi)

-- 16 oz Naked Juice, Green Machine

-- 1 Naked Burrito (it was larger than usual, thought I was going to explode after eating it. :/ But it was yummy)
-- 2 mini peanut butter cookies. (I cheated)
Also, getting a little annoyed since not only have I not lost any weight recently, I've actually gained two pounds since I last weighed myself.
