I am new here and I want to lose weight but I am really afraid that boobs will lose too. Is there anything I can do in order that boobs do not lose so much of their size? I absolutely want no surgery. When I have lost some weight I hope that I am still happy with boobs.

well boobs are fat, so if you wanna lose fat, you'll more then likely lose some boob

I was going on about boobs to boyfriend last night and he said 'more then a handful is a waste and even with big hands you have some waste'. Haha.

I better start accepting them more.

Btw i may not have been blessed in the 't' department but in the a$$ department i was blessed generously. haha.

When you don't have boobs in the first place you don't have to ever worry about them getting smaller or sagging - and yes, we need to be happy with what we've got and make the most of them! BTW I've never had a complaint

Well, you could take breast enhancers. I mean, they come in herbal like pills, don't they? I knew a few women who took natural pills and pretty much went from a size A to a size B C or D if taken long enough.

At what cost and do the boobs shrink when they stop taking the pills? I would be interested to see anything that can target fat gain like that.

Let me know if you figure anything out. I"m looking for the same thing. I use to be a C cup then I had 3 kids and lost almost ALL of it. So I'm trying to find the best excercises to build it back up. I heard about the beer thing on MANswers too - its the hops in the beer that releases extra estrogen & boosts growth, but you have to keep working hard to keep from getting flabby or pudgy everywhere else (especially the stomache) and several years ago when I was working out with dad he said butterflys will help a little... but I"m looking for more than just a little help. Let me know if you figure anything out!!
