Hi, friends....I hope you all are doing well and enjoying the spring weather!! I have been soooo busy with the kids in sports, work and of course workouts. workouts are going pretty well. trainer is really hitting me up with some very hard exercises as well as some grueling intervals. I have lowered carb intake and added a few more cardio sessions at night. The carb thing is kinda what swanso said. No oatmeal before cardio and starch only on workout days. On cardio days is fruit and veg carbs only. I try not to have any on off days. Sometimes the cravings are pretty rough, though. A few nights ago I succumbed to the kid's cookies calling me. It's ok, though. The next day I picked up where I left off!!! Sooo, I feel this is working for me. I am losing fat, however much to dismay not really all where I would like. Yes, looking at updated pics the "girls" are shrinking. I have lost some in and abs are really looking better but it is a sacrifice, I guess. I am worried I will lose girly shape. I have posted 2 new pics in profile. A side and front view. As you know they are in whatever order. I wish they would post in order but they do not so look for the ones dated today. You will clearly see the difference in the chest area. I hope soon I can just lose the rest of and keep what is left up top!! OK, I know I can't have everything so I will stop whining now! On the bright side I am thankful for the progress I have made and sooo happy that summer is almost here! 10 months has made a huge difference in life. Almost time to go clothes shopping!!! Not even sure of what clothes size I am now. Will be fun to find out!!

You've got nothing to worry about with your "girls", I think they are even more pronounced now  You look great.

"I am worried I will lose girly shape."

No way, it's coming through much better now.

I think your "3/25/10 going down" pic says it all. You have managed to get crazy thin (I don't see any at all!) and still keep your girly shape. You look awesome girl. Well done. :D

Thanks soooo much all of you guys. It is both exciting and kinda scary to see body change. Of course most things will be positive but maybe a few not so good things in the process. It is sooo awesome I may even get to wear the cute lil tops I was always too top-heavy to wear!! I may even get the athletic look that I always wanted! I feel I am in the home stretch here and maybe see some lower abs very soon if I am good with diet and cardio! I just finished some yummy grilled chicken and veggies for dinner. :) The kids had pizza and it smelled soooo good but none for me. For lunch I've been having lean ground turkey with kidney beans and taco seasoning. Is soooo good and very easy to make! Just a suggestion for you guys. I know is hard to think of things we can eat. Once again thanks for your input. You guys have been here with me all the way and it means a lot!! :D

You're doing brilliantly, so feel very proud of yourself. Your youthful maturity is a very inspirational, aspirational and educational thing for other people to gravitate to.

Keep up the hard work, because you deserve the results, as you've worked hard for them. You are most definitely a fantastic female rolemodel, regards life and living.

WELL DONE :).

Congrats, Swanso!! :D Yes, being married is the best!!! Especially when you have a loving and supporting spouse like mine! He has been with me 100% all the way. We both started our fitness journeys together and he has gotten me out of bed many cold mornings when I know I would not have. Sooo, cheers to our rockin spouses! BTW, husband has been kicking a$$! He is just about sporting a six pack at 43. He had a much easier time getting it even though he is not as strict on the diet as I am. Grrrrr! :x So anyway, guys. The boob thing is a serious topic for us ladies! It is frightening to see one of best physical assets wither away. It gives body a completely different look which I am not used to. Going from a volumptuous to athletic figure is a big change! Anyway, I am sure I can get used to it.

Sooo, this morning I did polymetrics with trainer. Wow, that was hard!!! So much jumping and sweating! Then we did 15 mins of intervals. I am off work today, thank God. Tonite I will do a 45 min cardio session. As for diet. Same as usual. Gonna have a mushroom omelette very soon with some oatmeal. Have to wait till the kids get out of the kitchen first. They are getting ready for school. Well, I hope you all have a great and healthy day!!! :D

For sure.... wife is...how shall we say it, is rather well-endowed, and one of favorite features (not to be crude) so to lose the weight and lose the size there, or keep the weight and keep the size, is definately a major change. Then we always wonder if she got real thin, and then gained back, would they come back, or be gone forever. As it is now, she stays very symmetrical, and either gains or loses everywhere, which can make it good either way. So, we kind of joke about it on here, but I agree, it is a big deal.

You are a man after own heart.....and that would be strictly forbidden......lol. I tell wife I love her the way she is, and that should be relatively obvious, as I can't keep hands off her..... Sorry Sandi, should we move this conversation to the dude section?
