Well you know i'm working way down with the cam (as far as good pics go lol) Maybe Bikini shots are in future lol.
Today I got up late and felt pretty bad about it. But I got chin up and got daughter out of bed and changed. I got work out clothes on and I made a couple waffles and a sausage link ( I could have gone with out the sausage) I cleaned up the living room. Got Yoga mat out. Then I sat around for a few figuring out workout plan. Making sure I knew how to do the positions.
So this is what I did: Yoga (20 min) Bike (20 min/4 mi.) 1 set of 10 Abdominal Butt Raises (which I loved) 3 sets of 20 Elbow to Knee Oblique Crunches (which are good but sometimes I feel like i'm not working hard enough with) and 1 set of 15 Bent Knee Abdominal Hip Raises ( Which were difficult, Not sure I was doing it totally right. )
I had planned on doing Leg Raises, but i don't have a medicine ball and I pretty much lost steam. I plan on maybe going for a walk with Anthony when he gets home. Or I will do it before he gets home. neighborhood makes me nervous so i'm iffy about going out alone even if it is mid day.

not to bombard you too early but the best way is to plan out what you'll do the day before so all you need to do is get your book, read it and do it so time and motivation doesn't get away from you

Tomorrow I plan on doing Yoga (20 min video) Cardio (20 min.) and Possibly more of the same with the work out. I really like the Abdominal Butt raises. I should do 3 sets of 15 with those. I think I can do it. 3 sets of 20 leg Raises and I guess something new. I would like to keep it interesting. I also don't want to push myself TOO hard so that I fail and get unmotivated. Any work out suggestions would be great.
To Boss: the workout you laid out I have decided is a little disruptive to the neighbors down stairs as it requires a lot of jumping. 200 lbs pounding on the ceiling isn't pleasant for anyone. Maybe you can suggest some things that don't require any jumping?

I "think" thinking about it too much makes me feel a bit overwhelmed.
I'm up early today, I feel good about that.
So a Plan huh? ok lets see, Cereal for breakfast (Raisen Bran)
I always take pills in the morning (Multi Vitamin)
then I guess @ noon I can have one of those Eating Right meals.
Thinking about food makes me nauseous. do I have to eat? Can't I just eat when I'm hungry? Does it have to be scheduled.
I have to go shopping on Thursday, It will be Anthony's Birthday.
I'm up early today, I feel good about that.

Uh… YES, you have to eat!!!
Eating will give you energy through out the day! . Heck, eating will keep you alive as well as water!
Train yourself to eat every 2-3 hours… because that will help speed your metabolism and burn more calories!
And burning more calories will help you burn fat…
And burning fat will help you lose weight….
But of course you have to eat and NOT starve yourself even though you say you’re NOT hungry.
And when you eat… eat healthy and clean!!!
As for breakfast… cereal is ok… but where is your protein?
Why not add some egg whites omelet?
Since you’re going shopping on Thursday…. Make a list? Plan ahead… right??
Some complex carbs, lean protein, good fats, fruits and veggies??

Agreed, you need ot eat well.
Some multi-vits don't necessarily digest properly. I would stick to one a day, and use something like consumerlab.com to see if the type you have has any unbiased reviews on it.
As for the workout you mentioned, you can't do much with it really, as Plyometric moves require jumping, and some exercises do have less movement than others, but it's still a problem to modify Plyo workouts, so they contain purely exercises with less movement in then others.

well that is discouraging. Its times like these I wish I had a trainer just telling me what to do. Telling me what to buy. And telling me when to do it or eat it.
I wasn't saying do i have to eat like "can I just not eat ever". I was being dumb not serious. I was thinking about what I have in the kitchen (soup, pasta, frozen vegies, and other boring stuff.

I can totally understand this. I've determined that food suddenly gives me anxiety and I feel nauseous now when I think about eating. It makes the hunger go away, but I doubt that's the way an eating plan is supposed to work! I took pictures today, so I can track progress. (That I haven't made yet.) omg, I know. Meal plans are just difficult to stick by when I don't exactly have everything I need to follow the ones they give you on here. I feel like I would have to run to the store everytime I need to eat.
I locked up today. I got distracted. So i got work out clothes on. I was feeling good and I put in the dvd for the Yoga (which is starter) and then the computer Craps out and I sit there and try to mess with it which takes 20 minutes (Its not fixed, the thing is dead) Then I felt angry and tired and kicked back and stewed in frustration. around 11 I attempted to do the yoga w/o the video and its hard with out the ques. SO i've sitting here trying to do get motivated, So I try to do Boss's workout thing, I start doing jumping jacks and I can hear the apartment shaking, Then I try to do the squat thrusts. ITS TOO DAM LOUD. So I get frustrated again thinking, (I really don't want to get a complaint for this). So I stop. I feel angry at myself for not just doing what I did yesterday. Now here I am. Frustrated. Fat. and Unhappy.

Awww… come on... Everybody have there days… I always think of it this way…
Even if the roof falls… I still have the walls… All I need now is to put some time and effort in fixing the roof…
It’s Not gonna be easy and there will be a lot of obstacles in order to rebuilt it.. But I can do it… and Once it’s done...
reward will be…. I have a house again =)
Same thing… You’re out of shape... it will take time and effort and A LOT of work…
But the rewards... You will be healthy & happy…
Yes… you’re unhappy because you didn’t do so great today... but you tried…
Ok… so the video didn’t work... there’s other exercise you can do…
Don’t waste your time being frustrated… use your time thinking what you can do as an alternative?

x 2 circuits...keep reps at the low end of the rep range first up and increase gradually each session when you can..no noise no fuss
keep up your stuff too though

meal 1 option 1 - protein shake, high fibre cerial (not a kiddies one), fruit
meal 1 option 2 - cooked breakfast such as eggs and bacon and fruit
meal 2 - fruit, solid protein (say chicken) and veggies
meal 3 - tuna, veggies
meal 4 - red meat (say a steak) and veggies
meal 5 - say another protein shake and avocado or peanut butter (easy on the portion here though)

What is a DB?
I have a yoga mat, Strap, stationary bike. And I plan on getting some weights. Hopefully when we come into money again I will join the community center gym. I will have more to work with then.
The meal plan is simple enough. Thank you thank you. You're Awesome. Tomorrow I will bust for you guys, and of course myself.
