Tomorrow... I will try it with protein shake...
Boss Man says, and I agree, that you need to soak, not skimp, them in milk, whatever kind you drink. Doesn't taste like it, but it reminds me of when we use to crumble up gramham crackers and pour milk on them - yummy- now I want some! Hmmmm....

LOL! I've never done that. I have spread frosting over graham crackers though. MMmm.. I bet those wheatabix things would be mighty tasty dipped in chocolate frosting then rolled in peanut butter. Breakfast of champions.

5 foods would be:

Eggs
Wheat Bread
Chicken
Spinach
Whole Grain Cereals

Now if nutrician wasn't an issue list would probably look like this:

HersheysChocolate
Ice Cream
Cake
Chicken
Spinach

Still love chicken and spinach!
What kind of whole grain cereals? You have to specify. Its the rule. (Gosh I love making up the rules!)

We're all off topic kind of people

Actually we're just slightly redefining the boundaries of the rules. As long as nobody gets hurt we can live with that rule bending. Well I can :P .

I am deeply offended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't bring up constipation, only the available forms of relief from said disorder. Others bring up constipation (I will not name names here).

competing thread, albeit under subscribed, offers an additional 100 food choices--not something you can scoff at.
