Good Morning Sisters,
Last night was not too bad for me. I did get workout in. Last night I focused on Delts with arnold press (2x7 lb, 15 reps, 4 sets), upright row (2x7 lb, 15 reps, 4 sets), lateral raise (2x3 lb, 15 reps, 4 sets), front raise (2x3 lb, 15 reps, 4 sets), and rear fly (2x3 lb, 15 reps, 2 sets). I didn't get the cleaning in that I wanted to so I will have that for the weekend. I left the weekend open for that anyway.
Today I am headed out to lunch with friends so no noon time walk. Tonight will be leg night and I am looking forward to it.

I had a good workout week this week and I will try not to blow it. Also will get cleaning done that I need to do.

Great workouts Bama! The photo albums sound fabulous! I would love to take time to do some scrapbooking with photos but I am just too busy right now. Glad to hear Hubby helped with the windows.
