Feel mujch better today. Whatever dentist did has worked. Yey.
I have a jack russel dog called pepper. I also had a hamster and 2 cats but the cats got run over in november within 3 weeks of each other and the hamster died of old age a week later. It was sooo sads. Anyway we got 2 little brother kittens 3 months ago and they are the naughtiest cats ever. But cute.

I didnt do a great workout but i did some. I felt really ill. Probably from the abcsess, anti biotics and the fact i hadnt eaten for 3 hours. Anyway heres what i did.
9am - banana
10am - wholegrain cereal with added protein
12.30 - chicken and veg soup with 1 slice bread. Half a flapjack
2pm - tangerine
2.30 - low fat yogurt
5.15 - workout
7.30 - mozarella and tomato chicken, scoop of mash and baked beans
|Workout -
3 x 12 - deadlift, upright row, mb side turns
3 x 12 - lat pulldown, weighted lunges, kettle bell side bends
10 min HIIT on stepper

God im in such a bad mood. I ate loadsa choccies with fella last night whilst watching a film, ive not had a proper workout for days and im back at the dentist in the morning. Im soo scared.
Im being so snappy and feel tired and rubbish. I know id feel better if i worked out but im too weak and got dizzy lifting a shopping bag with fruit and salad in.

Lesson learned then on the chewie stuff? 
As for the stuffed with cotton thing, reminds me of Peter Sellers in one of the Clouseau films, when he did that, and wore a fake frontage, to look like a fat Gangster, and the cotton was to make him sound a bit Marlon Brando-esque.
Diets looking okay right now as well.

Been to the dentist. It wasnt too bad but it wasnt very nice. I havnt got cotton stuffed in mouth but am talking like i am. It snowed here today so im gonna run around with son after school and have a snowball fight but thats all the exercise im gonna manage today.
Tomorrow im gonna get back in the gym and hopefully get a good workout in and then mood may lift a bit.
