Nokie are you constipated? You're right it does suck. Have you tried prune juice? We used to hand that out left and right when i worked at the local nursing home. Its supposed to help get things "moving" if you know what I mean.
Oh.... and nokie... if you are constipated please please please don't use packys method of working it out with a pencil. That is NOT an effective method for treating constipation.
