Speaking of constipation... It sucks! I'm researching Colon health... Good info when pplz talk about it :mrgreen:

Nokie are you constipated? You're right it does suck. Have you tried prune juice? We used to hand that out left and right when i worked at the local nursing home. Its supposed to help get things "moving" if you know what I mean. :wink:

Oh.... and nokie... if you are constipated please please please don't use packys method of working it out with a pencil. That is NOT an effective method for treating constipation. :lol:

How would Cassie know the Pencil method doesn't work methinks hmmm :? :?.

1. More Fibre.

2. Prunes.

3. Figs.

4. Senna.

5. More Water might help.

6. Possibly less red meat, as some can remain in the Colon in residual amounts.

7. Colonic Irrigation. Get the offending substance piped out direct.

Ummm... common sense friend! I would think that anybody who would jam a pencil "up there" would be seriously lacking upstairs in the common sense department. :wink:
