What can I say, except that you are doing a brilliant job of caring of yourself with your ongoing problems and I couldn't be more proud of you.

A true Lady and a genuine inspiration to others :).

Thanks guys. I am ready to move forward and get the surgery done and begin the long road of getting back to where I was and better. I won't be able to do much more than walking for at least 6 weeks. No lifting, no running, no crossfit. I just take it all one day at a time. 8)

Like avatar says....."You're never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream".

Life throws alot of stuff at us - some things seem insurmountable, but all you can do is put your head down, dig deep, and come up fighting with everything you have, never giving up, or giving in. Take each day as a gift and do all you can with that day to improve yourself. In those moments when you feel like you can't do anymore, or you feel like you don't have anything left to give....when you get to that point, sometimes the victory is just in putting one foot in front of the other, just getting out of bed, or just taking your next breath - but you do it...you find the strength, you find the motivation, you find YOUR inner willpower that you were born with and you tap into it to get you thru whatever it is that is holding you down, holding you back, making you ill, making you unhappy, or keeping you from being the BEST version of yourself.

Life is precious and we all have been given a gift everyday we wake up - so use it! :sunshine:

I may not post for a while whilst I recover, but I will be around and as always I wish all of you success and happiness in your fitness journeys and life in general.

Peace to all.

Was that S for superb, or S for spectacular?
