Thought you'd gone AWOl, but good to see you back. Good to see you still persevering as always. 2 hours of swimming seems a mighty arduous undertaking. Obviously I'm sure you didn't do it all at once, but given the waters in your country must be pretty icy cold right now, how do you find a tepid nook to swim?

You're right boss I've been a bit busy lately. I went to Oslo to get a United States visa, so I lost a few workouts. And no I didn't swim for 2 hours, I'd say 30-40% was effective swimming. No problem finding tepid waters indoors
