Morning sisters,

Welcome neomax. As Chris said, please join in. Tell us a bit about yourself.

Chris, have had those kind of days where I have "other stuff" to do and don't get the workouts in. However, we are still busy and moving so that's a good thing. Plus mowing the lawn with a push mower is a workout...did it for years for dad when I was too young to use the regular mower and did it at our house in Sacto as the lawn wasn't big and our neighbor, Jim (a county sheriff) would mow ours when he mowed his and I would do the edging for the two of us. We lived in a nice cul sac and all were friendly. I see Lucy & Ethel were busy too and hmmmm I would have a folding party with the family helping LOL

Enjoy the outdoors.

LOL about the wet noodle

Hope the day went well Chris.

YAH I see you were doing your cooking on Thursday and it sounds very yummy. Glad the sun peeked out too. HUGS on the legs hurting after work. I see you did some shopping and visited with your son's too. I see why they were busy with the pig roast. What a shame on throwing the stuff away I am sure some shelter or food place could have used it.

I see your son has a lot on his agenda.

Wow I see you all had off on Friday.

I agree YAH too hot for me too. 90s even high 90s I can take, but once it hits 104 even I think......"way too hot". Plus the AQ gets worse and worse in fact in the danger zone today.

She went to MS for the gambling and shopping.

Chris I see you persevered Friday night and got a great workout in. Oh love Terminator 2 and I see you got a LOT of laundry folded. Hey it's exciting....to each his own.

I am not as good as you, Chris, but once the temps start to rise here, I go from a cup of coffee, to a glass of iced coffee.

I was thinking the same thing Chris to continue workouts and leg/arm focus too for July. Just might switch out some workouts is all.

Thanks Chris, yes have enjoyed this past week's workouts and glad to hear things are going well with your family. I too, hope your mom got out.

Molasses, thanks on the workouts and other that one day, late in afternoon and glad DS made it there safe and sound. I see a great Friday workout.

Welcome home, Bama, and I am sure you will have the place back to normal in no time. Hope you had a great time and I see you got a nice strength workout in.

Great workout this a.m, Bama. LOL about getting reprogrammed for AL and I it not working. Give it a week or so and you will be fine.

Well I am off to mail check and then Saturday chores....Lucy is already busy with the towels.

Have a nice weekend,

Sue

Morning sisters,

I am telling ya....this world is NUTSO....I will read it later, but saw a story this a.m. of "Court OK's reasonable spanking but experts say....." I understand child abuse, but now they are telling parents how they can spank their kids...well then again the ones having them.....I am just so glad I am in the winter of life.

Great workout yesterday Molasses.

Great workout this a.m., Bama. Ah yes I have some from Prevention by Chris too. No rain but 90s today for us but the coming week, triples again and in the 105 to 107 or 108 range.....even the sports and people on the news last night said to the weather guy NO NO NO and if so give us our "low humidity" at least not the high numbers we are having now.

I see you had a nice time at Greg's and Marie's.

Sorry Bama, I don't blame you, this world is just nutso.....wish I had a time machine and could go "back" staying the same age but just finish up life in "better times" at least to me. Yes we still had problems but people could have opinions, etc etc.

Hate to say it as much as I love technology it's a BIG part of the problems today.

Chris hope the weekend is going well.

YAH hope your Sunday and your patches and other things are going well.

Angii, hope your weekend with the gals is going fabulously.....and Cody is feeling better....I know Charger is having fun with company.

Well on that sad note I am off to put sheets into Ethel, eat, and start "me day".

Sue

Just popping in to say HI and hope you all have a great weekend which is at a close here and raining:) Was very nice for all the doings going on but I didn't go anywhere. But got patches so all is well. Just wish I would have known earlier about the house in Marq. being free all weekend:) Well hopefully they get home to Misa sometimes today. Haven't heard from the younger boys where they are yet. Guess maybe camp was all weekend and maybe son got to look around GB also more. Should have gone older son's and slept in middle son's good bed and had him grill some good steaks the other day but slow thinking on part:)
Bama, hope you sell the house soon and you must not have too much stuff left there right?:) Glad you had a good time anyway and seen your friends now too.
Mo, you must be enjoying your company and will have to say bye to the furgkids also:) Maybe see them later on I hope.
Angii, hoping your weekend was good and not getting the hot weather that I see is going across soon? I guess we're not in the Hot stuff but hot enough for me and the humidity will be high I guess with the rain tomorrow:( Hopefully I sleep good tonight for the next 2 days of work as I had coffee kind of late and know how I get for work.
Sue, I see you have a busy weekend but hopefully really enjoying your ME day to the fullest:) Blowing cool lake breezes your way:)
Can't believe its almost the end of June already! After the 4th of July, just seems like it goes by way too fast also. Hope you all have a very nice peaceful evening and a deep sleep night too :D

I was once provided with an exhaustive list of all the anti-spam words and phrases installed by the programmers and even I feel foul of using 3 words in a certain combination and it took me ages with trial and error to narrow the bit of the post down.

I could not memorise all the words and haven't really tried.

One thing I did than was copy part of the post into Word Pad then attempt a preview and if it was blanking the preview then I knew the offending part was not in the copied bit, so I kept doing that, until eventually I narrowed it down a specific paragraph, then a specific sentence and finally the 3 combined words and I altered the wording slightly and it posted.

It might seem a bit frustrating, but it was done to prevent people promoting adult and sexual content, which I agreed with, so sorry about that but if a post doesn't register due to one or more blocked word,s it's a case of working around it when you identify the fault(s).

Good Morning All,
Well we had a good weekend. Saturday was sun and I spent the day puttering outside as much as possible. I was digging around at the weeds under the fence that is beside driveway. They drive me nuts! I don't need help from the weeds. So I dug and swept and cut for a bit. now I need to hack at the weed trees that are still there. I may resort to some sort of weed killer application too. This is in preparation for cleaning up and painting the fence. I also started weeding front gardens before they get too out of control. We also spent some time downtown as they had a multicultural festival going on. Good food and lots of music from around the world.
Sunday was a cloudy day so I stormed the house on the inside. Planned on one hour of cleaning in each section of house until I dropped. So I have a really good start on keeping the house in order. Now if I can take a few minutes each night I should be okay with cleaning. Also took the boys to a movie yesterday and saw Jurassic World.

Sorry the post wouldn't work for you Bama! Glad you had a good trip and didn't loose your shirt.

Just popping in to say hi. No workouts yesterday or yet today for me. I started getting a migraine Sat. evening, had it all day yesterday, and still have some residual head pain today. It's on the way out though, so I'm grateful for that. I've never had such a long one before.

Nice sunny day here, so I'm getting laundry washed and out on the line.

I don't know if I already said, but DS's GF is flying up Friday morning and they'll leave on Sun. after breakfast. I've promised biscuits and gravy pre-trip. :)

Glad you had a good weekend, Chris. I hear you on the weed-killer. I'm trying to do without it for ecological reasons, but it's not easy!

I used to be a moderator on another site, Boss Man; the software would flag posts and then send them to the moderators for approval. There was a short list of trigger words, but the only ones I ever really saw were D*ck and p*ssed. I used to get frustrated with one group that used the p word daily and then would complain about having their post delayed. The ShapeFit software is obviously more sensitive. I never could figure out what offended in the one post I couldn't get to post.

Sorry you missed your chance in Marq., YAH. Hope your day at work goes well.

Sorry your Sunday started out on a low note, Sue, but hope it improved greatly!

Great workout, Bama. Glad you had a good weekend.

I need to catch up on weekend email--it sure piles up if you don't stay on top of it!

Have a great day, everyone!

Morning sisters,

Well DUH me....I did June workouts but forget the 5th week LOL So since back is hurting and I feel achy....I decided on buddy Suzanne.....Slim & Sculpt Pilates with band with Suzanne Summers (10 Minute Solutions) Lower body Pilates and Pilates for Flexibility and evening workout walking/jog in place/dancing

Bama, might be an idea to send Bossman your email and see what comes up as you certainly didn't use bad language unless Hard Rock is a bad word. Well I guess we shall see since I used it LOL

Chris, glad your weekend was so nice and you got outside and got some stuff done too. Yeah I agree, not a fan of the weeds. I see you are prepping for the fence. That was always job growing up. dad always said I had the patience of a saint with little detail painting and it drove him nuts LOL Oh the festival sounds wonderful, Chris.

Holy cow Chris, you were a whirlwind on Sunday. Hope you got some rest too. Good for you on the cleaning plan. So how did you like Jurassic World....making a lot at the box office for sure.

Oh no Molasses, HUGS and healing vibes on the migraine. Sure hope it's gone for good today. I see your laundry is line drying and going to smell so nice, boy do I miss that.

Yes, it got better on Sunday.

Well off to check mail, eat, workout, make a grocery list and then defrost a frost free freezer GRRRRRR they don't make anything like they used to.

Have a good day ladies,

Sue

Good call actually on sending me the post content, I had not been thinking of that. The problem is I would then have to alter the word or phrase slightly to post it on here, so that people could understand what got flagged.

Sometimes words get blocked not for being particularly rude, but for a certain combination. flag that one time I talked about, if I recall involved the words "weight loss" and another word I cannot remember at the beginning. This may have related to some sort of combination of words used frequently on the internet to represent a link to spammed content, as you can alter web links easily so they are represented by one or more words, but the link remains in it's original state.

In themselves if one or two of those words had been posted no flag, but together in that order, I got flagged.

On reflection I also got got baulked one for the word enh@nce I think, which I have had to alter to post it now. It may be because that word is commonly used to promote cosmetic surgery on the internet, though in itself it is not a rude or offensive word.

Some sites however generally don't tend to censor stuff, but this censoring was actually inbuilt into the servers, not a control panel, so I am unable to revise the list. I have censored things directly using a control panel, but almost everything censored were parts of web links, so when people attempt to post links they are corrupted and won't access the intended sites.

This has proven to be successful on part, when spammers post links again after the first time and permits me to disable their actions, until I can access the site and block and remove them and their content.

We did have a small spate years ago, not long after I joined this site, of links that included pictures of females doing sexual things, which has not happened since, mainly due to aggressive blocking of IP's from places like China, Korea, Brazil and Japan.

The fight remains ongoing unfortunately, with no help from the I.S.P.'s and even spamcop expect you to give them $10 for progress reports and I don't have the time to report every little thing to them.

However when I get time, I can analyse the post that was attempted to be sent if you like and see what might have flagged up :).
