I usually do either stationary bike or jogging. Jogging as long as the weather isn't crap.

Squats: 10x3 (85kg)
Pushups: 17x narrow > 16x mid > 19 wide (7,5kg backpack)
Bent row normal grip: 3x10 (65kg)
Hamstring curl: 3x10 (40kg)

Good to see you're not slacking and still giving it both barrels when needed 
Keep up the hard work and be proud of yourself. You always promote yourself as a good rolemodel to younger guys looking to start, or beginning to make greater strides forwards and you're a good guy who deserves what he trains hard to achieve.

Struggled today, new snow which made for a pretty lousy grip, and I seriously felt yesterdays squats in legs.
