Well good night all and hope your sleep is great as I know how important that is and impossible for me it seems to have any length to a good one. Did go son's to shower today as no Hot wood for sauna and Dh didn't go get some from guy who sells some little bits about a mile away. Looks like I'll have to do it myself but sure would have liked a sauna for the aches and pains and its good for getting toxins out also. Sons were working their last late shift on kitchen floors etc. until 11 pm so I left earlier. They have Thurs. off which is middle son's bday and then he has only 1 more day left in that place. Hoping he will find a nice, not too expensive place to live and in a safe part of GB if there is any. Guess the wedding is on the 25th as I thought it was next weekend but not.
Sounds like you had a pretty good start to the day Mo and getting a lot done too:) Enjoy any nice weather! We had a perfect weekend but rain started this afternoon pretty good but I think its done for now. Only 55 degree's here again but humidity is way up.
I do hope you are feeling better at the end of the day Sue and had a nice nap too? Enjoy your evening and hopefully we all get some good sleeping time in:)Good Night to all!

Good Morning All,
It is another active transport day for me, yea!! So if nothing else I will get two bike rides to and from work today. Just so you know I am hoping for more than that. :D I was planning for a walk yesterday at lunch but we had a new coworker start and she had a lot of questions. Managed another day without AC but I suspect it will be on tonight. We are having a nice bit of summer weather here.

I hope you got some sleep YAH. We all know how that is though. Oh I would go get wood for you if I could. I hate waiting on someone else for stuff.

I am with you on the testing for people Sue. I always feel so bad for the pets that people drag everywhere including to fireworks. I didn't take kids when they were younger because they didn't like loud noises. Great workouts yesterday! Hope the tummy clears up!

Great workout FitMo! Enjoy your fuchsia toes.

Great workout Bama! Lunges are another of those exercises... Glad you are enjoying your reading.

Hi sisters,

As for last night Evening workout was walking/dancing instead of Men's Workout abdominal routine due to stomach pain....will start Men's workout next week. Same goes for tonight, walking.

YAH I feel for you on the sleep as we have the same patterns. Glad you got to son's for shower, etc and hope your son finds a nice place in GB. Hope you slept better last night.

Chris, I see an active transport day for you, and a couple good bike rides too. Hope you get a walk in today at lunch. A/C was on here since May since normally that's our start of summer in the Central Valley LOL Though we have gotten lucky some years and got to wait till late June LOL

Hey we are doing great low to mid 90s this week and back to our dry air.....it's heaven....68 degrees this morning....YAHOO!

I see we are of the same opinion on people and pets....thanks and hope so too, it's still acting up this a.m., woke me up out of a sound sleep with lots of shooting pains.

Great workout this a.m., and sending SELLING VIBES YOUR WAY....

YAH hope today is better for you and Molasses hope your day goes well too.

I will be taking some Pepto later this morning and hope for the best.

Sue

Great workout Bama! Hope that this is the one to buy it! :)

HIIT for me this morning--warm up, then 4 segments of the 4 Min. Metabolic Miracle DVD, then a little foam rolling. It seems like sciatic problems are starting to ease a bit; at least I'm not waking up with stabbing pain when I roll over at night, so I'm happy about that.

I'm sorry you didn't get your sauna in, YAH. It probably even helps you sleep--I know it used to make me sleep like a log. I'll be thinking good rental vibes for your DS. Hopefully his friend can help steer him in the direction of the better areas as it can be hard for a newcomer to know.

Great job on the bike rides, Chris! We've had our AC on quite a few times during the day already but haven't had to use it at night yet. Might be coming soon though--hot and sticky forecast for this week.

Bama, I'm thinking good thoughts for your house showing, and hoping you get a good offer. Great job on the 3 miles!

Hope the Pepto does the trick today, Sue--sounds very uncomfortable for you. It's not your appendix, I hope? Great job on getting a workout in despite your tummy troubles.

Wishing everyone a lovely day~

Just a good night to all of you and sounds like your day is going good with the workouts and all :D Rain stopped last night and was cloudy half the day but now its clear and may be frost tonight even. Sounds like temps will be going up a bit but up to 80's until the weekend, with chance of rain which means humidity also I suppose.
Bama, hope your house sells soon! Mo, nice color nails there:) Did you get any of the stormy weather there? I see there was some kind of system way south of us but going east before. I imagine its a bit quiet there without the furkids. Did your DS make it ok on his trip back? Some people from FL. took their vacation too early up here I think as mostly its Aug. before we might get warmer weather:) Their freezing up here now.
Sue, hoping your feeling better somehow and hope the Dr. can help you both out also on Thurs. knee is aching sometimes and legs but haven't had the terrible pain doing down that I had when I went to Walk In and nothing was done anyway :( So I'm just watching out a bit. Hoping the rides turn out good also.
Chris, sounds like good biking weather or walking:) I wish I had just a private pool for exercise as I love water but not going anywhere public for sure! No room here for one if I could afford to get one either. I know that water exercise doesn't make you so achy the next day anyway.
So, hope you all have a very good night and sleep very peacefully also:) Hoping I get to see some little fireworks Sat. later after work as town next to work town has their bit of it then. take care

Great workout, Chris, and yay on the walk this morning. :thumb:

We got some rain, YAH, but nothing crazy. It sure is quiet here, really strange--I keep looking for little shadow as Chief was usually not more than a foot away from me. Sounds like they are settling in to life in NC, although I think it will be awhile before GF's cat is happy with the intruders! I'd trade our hot sticky for your cooler weather. LOL on the vacationers. I remember one July we drove to MN. I packed one pair of jeans and half a dozen shorts, and wore the jeans with a sweatshirt every day. :D

Strength training for me today.

Have a great day, everyone~

Morning sisters,

RLW for this morning and walking/dancing for this evening. Had the itchies last night so was not the best of nights till the allergy pill kicked in.....GRRRR just not month......

Bama, hope the showing went well and I am praying you have a sale.

Great walk yesterday at lunch Chris, and I am sure those tunes kept you walkin' in step too.

Finally settled down some late yesterday evening Chris, and just normal "old" stomach this a.m. Hoping it stays that way.

Molasses, I see a great workout yesterday and glad you sciatic problems are easing up. No thank goodness Molasses not appendix. Years ago when Chuck and I were first together he rushed me to the hospital thinking it was. I told him just very bad gas but he didn't believe me since I was doubled over and holding left side. The walking helps Molasses but won't go into the "whys" here LOL

Hope your day went well YAH and glad the rain stopped. Wow frost. Crazy. But then we are going to be in the lows and in our neck of the woods this time of year that is unheard of LOL Oh it's Chuck's heart doctor on Thursday, YAH not mine. But primary called yesterday about low sodium levels so I will be seeing her on the 21st of this month and next week I have to see the dermatologist. HAVE I SAID IT BEFORE....I HATE DOCTORS VISITS.

Sorry to hear bout y our knee and legs but glad no shooting pain.

Great workout last night Chris.

Great workout this a.m. Molasses.

Well off to check boards, mail, eat, dust, shower etc etc.

Sue

I think if anyone was doubled holding their side and they told me they were just suffering from a mad gas episode, or words to that effect, I'd have to politely tell them they were 99.9% wrong, because bad gas shouldn't case pain in your rib cage :wowzer:.

Funnily enough there is a rather strange quirk of nature, where if termites build up too much flatus in their bodies, they can explode.

Gooood Mooorrrrnning!!! :sunshine:
Well I got walk home in last night. Funny enough the rain they forecast did not happen and I had to water some plants. For a workout I did back and arms. Vertical pulls (4 sets of 40 reps), Bent over row (4 sets of 20 reps with 2x5lbs), alternating bicep curls (3 sets of 20 reps with 2x7lbs), triceps kickbacks (4 sets of 20 reps with 2x3lbs), and finally hammer curls (3 sets of 20 reps with 2x7lbs). All of that was done standing in front of a fan.
So far today is a 20 minute walk to work.

That is funny Boss Man! :funny: Sometimes I feel like something could explode.

Great workout yesterday Sue.

Same for you Mo.
Have a great day all!!

Morning sisters,

Nice walk Chris and Mo also great workout .

Yah, you have frost . Gosh send some down here . It w as 91 yesterday at 9 30 . To much heat . No wonder there are more heart attacks in Alabama then some other States . In the summer you hardly see kids or adults outside. To Darn hot .

Well I did do three miles this morning . Tomorrow is strength day and I think a Jari Love is on the schedule.

Mo, I have been watching some Cat videos on Face book . They are so funny . I always wanted one but can't have one due to DH Allergies .

Sue Hope all goes well for chuck at the Doctors today.

That's about it for me .

Have a nice Thursday . One more day to the week end. Now why did I say that . All week is a week end to me . LOL.

Evening workout walking/dancing....maybe since doctor's appointment and a very very long day.

Bossman, believable or not I did have pain like that sometimes. Way too much info to go into online, but it is what it is.

Ladies, I am still feeling crummy and have lots still to do; so will answer later....I hope.

Just a quickie for me today: warm-up, followed by down the ladder (first round of 10, then 9, etc.) with burpees, push-ups, squat jumps, mountain climbers and wall sit stick-ups.

Sorry you are still feeling crummy, Sue. I can see why the walking would help, so glad you got that in last night. A friend of mine swears by the faux version of GasX, but I don't know what's in it or if it would play nice with your other meds. Hope you feel better soon, and hope all goes well with Chuck's appt. today. Hugs~

Yay on the walk today, Bama! Cats are funny, for sure. :D

Great workout, Chris! I did mine in front of the fan today, too--icky, sticky day!

Too funny, Boss Man. I wonder if there are any exploding termite videos up on YouTube! :D

Have a wonderful day, everyone~
