Thank u! I go on and off with the juicing now. Once a day I use it as a meal replacement for dinner.

They expose people to fire?
That course looks like some kind of fiendish way, to try and stop P.O.W.'s escaping war torn Burma in the 1940's

its crazy! i can not wait to do it!!!! i am so excited!!!!! i dont care how long it will take i will finish just like that boot camp course i did last year when i was wayyyy bigger. that feeling i will never forget i know its going to be the same way with this race. there will be pictures! lol!

that course actually seems harder than bootcamp in certain ways. I never dealt with fire or mud. I did climb under barbed wire and shoot and throw grenades and we did an obstacle course kind of that we had to help each other for teamwork and walk and workout a lot but none of what you are going to do. I wouldn't do that race today even if I was thin. I'm definitely getting old.

I have been doing three days a week weight lifting since warrior dash is less than 2 months from now. Ya, I feel the burn. Lol. I need to build up upper body strength for all these damn walls I will be climbing. Even if I won't be able to do all of then when Im there, the fact I'm going to try is what matters. The old me would of been too scared to even consider it. Shit, back then I only attempted running at night bc I was embaressrd of size and how I had to stop so much. Here I am today running in the day light and doing miles! It has taken so much work but damn does it feel good to see how far I have come.

You know u must be doing something right when u have to keep making new holes in ur belt. might have this thing wrap around me twice by the time I hit weight loss goal. Lol!!!
