hehe, Thanks guys. I did workout tonight. I felt super good afterward.

But If I may be a bit gross for a moment. I have been "backed up" all dam day. I am actually in tears when I go to the bathroom. It is making guts hurt and abdomen feel like there are pins and needles in there. I am desperate to flush out guts but I fear a salt water flush.

I drank an entire bottle of apple juice tonight. I have still not been able to go. Idk if it is because body is reacting to so much effort. Or I am not getting enough water. Or i'm eating the wrong stuff. Sorry if that was TMI but it really is a problem physically. ;(

Today is SUCKS! clothes look awful. I feel awful. I feel as fat as I look. I don't want to move I feel so disgusting.

There are options to try and rectify your issue.

1. Drink more water.

2. Have more fibre. You could try mixing a little dissolvable fibre product into some of your water, if you'd rather not try switching some foods for more fiberous ones

3. Try things like Senna.

4. Try natural laxatives like Figs and Prunes.

5. Perhaps consider reducing red meat intake, if you do eat quite a bit, as that might contribute to uncomfortable colonic buildup.

You need to also consider the possibility you might have developed IBS, so be aware of that.

Should this be the case, a good active ingredient in these things is something called Mobeverine, so perhaps consider asking for an OTC product for IBS, that might have that. I don't know of anything else, that is used as a main ingredient in IBS medications, but there could be.

I'm not saying you have IBS, but you need to consider it, if your situation doesn't seem to be resolving itself in the next 2-3 days.

I resolved the issue by eating oatmeal and drinking a ton of water and drinking an entire jug of organic apple juice. and every morning since I have had a cup of coffee and oatmeal.

update,

I haven't lost any weight. I sort lost steam. I did one full week of total non-stop working out, then it sort of did it for 5 days, then i started taking days off and in trailed off into nothing. I quit taking Ritalin which surprisingly turned me into a couch potato and when i tried to workout i lost all energy and everything hurt.

Now I want Ritalin back just so i can get through work out. It sucks.

Positives, legs are much stronger. Thats all

Personally I don't think you need to be taking something like Ritalin. That would just make you dependant on something, and if you're dependant on that, how you will you alter your mindset, to not be dependant on crummy food and other possible things, if you're wiring your mind to need something like a medication, when it's not something you need?

You need the emotional freedom to choose in life, not to have your mind tricking you into certain choices, because emotional freedom won't come, when you're still in some traps, and you can't break free.

The things you need most, are to focus on why you're doing it, not just for you, but your daughter, and to keep making use of the support you have.

We WILL be here for you, but if you don't let us know how you are feeling / doing, we can't help you, and we really want to do that, because we care, and because you have always been really positive, respectful and great part of this community.

So the main things are to keep focusing on the positives in your life, and those to come, try not to worry too much, and keep your chin up, keep smiling, and keep being the person you are inside, because you're a great person, with a lot of human warmth and emotional positives, and as I've said before, anytime you need to talk some stuff over, about how you're feeling, or when you're having one those days, send me a PM, and we'll work through those little lumps and bumps in the road.

Whatever happens, keep going, best wishes and good luck.

You CAN do this, and certainly in mind, without the grip of any drugs :).

Hi Voluptuous. I wanted to let you know that I've read your thread and am so inspired by how far you've come from when you first started it a few months ago. You've made so much progress and when others would have given up you're back here still working hard. That's very admirable and inspiring. :D

suggestion for worrying about losing weight. Try not looking at your scale for a couple days. I'm not sure how often you check it, but sometimes it's nice to just focus on those positives, like your legs getting stronger or feeling better about taking care of yourself.

I am so impressed by you. Keep going strong! :)

that is really sweet of you to say so. thank you.

legs are A LOT stronger and I don't own a scale lol. husband took naked pics of me in the shower when i didn't know it and some after I did and he showed them to me last night.

I looked pretty good lol. It was inspiring and made me really want to get rear in gear. We decided that Anthony would tell me when and what and how much to eat. I will be on his schedule and his rules. He has a much better eating schedule than i did and he isn't fat so I am using him as an example/trainer.

Now that the weather is cooling off I can get back to workouts. The walking is a big deal and getting through both videos w/o the chemical boost has been a struggle. I do have a few caffeine pills left, They are very tempting.

Why do you need to depend on those pills? Throw them away!
Your will power and hard work can do those things.. be addicted to that! :wink:

ok I tossed them :( Such a bummer though. But I will get over it.

Right now I feel tired and arms feel like a thousand lbs. i'm getting up and getting the laundry. Then i'll do work out. i will report back and let you know how that went.

WOW I DID IT, The whole thing. I tuned out the chick in the video and put on some of fav. music. I already know the routine so i was able to do it and enjoy it. I added a tension strap to give arms a workout while i did the walking and kicking etc. arms are hot hot hot and i could definitely feel "the burn". I think adding the strap made the w/o entertaining. Perhaps I was getting bored with the routine and thats why i was less motivated to get through it. I also did some dancing after to shake out any stiffness left, Then i used Yoga ball to do some crunches and butt lifts.

I couldn't pick any one part of body that i want to work on more than the others which is why this routine works for me. I work out all muscles, get in cardio and now strength training for arms too. I'm sure I will get unmotivated again but i'm glad you guys are here for me when I do.

I can honestly say that coming on here pushes me. Strange I know but i want to please you guys. I don't want to let you down or myself. Its great reminder so Thanks! I post some picks of me today too. Some from yesterday at the air show.
