What on earth is that. It looks like a hot dog bun with a lopsided sausage on it.

Did the obstacle course have an over 18 age restriction, because judging by that it should have done

You look like you are having such a good time on there!! :)

I think you should do p90x. if you watch your diet there are some amazing tranformations out there! the whole beach body coaching and products are rather gimicky and can cost a lot but the dvd itself is a good one!

I have to say the yoga video was the most challenging so far. It's an hr and a half long. I had to take a few breaks on this one. I am not flexible by any means. Also the left foot struggled holding some poses. Ever since I hurt it last September it's never been the same. I still have to stretch out the foot in the morning bc the arch is stiff. Maybe the yoga will help with that over time.

Well I had kind of sussed that out

Just keep doing what you're doing. You're doing really well to keep going with things after recent events and you have a right to be proud of yourself :).

Also have to go to the hospital again in a couple weeks to get cyst removed. It's so deep it goes to the eye socket. I'm on Tylenol 3 for the headaches. They have to put me under bc of it being so close to the eye. Yey.

Neverending but I have to come to terms that body is always going to go through crap. foot will never be the same and I'm going to keep getting cysts removed this is number 3. last one was on the nerves on the back of head so it kept making me twitch. Just have to press forward and deal with it.

I doubt that blog would have virus Becky, otherwise your browser would have tried to block it, or assuming it installed on your system, you'd have probably experienced one or more weird things happening.

How on earth did you cut your hand Christina?
