Where to start

Post by gettingfitnow »

I'm looking for some advice on where to start, I'm about 5'3, 114 pounds not really looking to lose weight but am really looking to tone stomach, legs, butt, arms back... diet is pretty poor but am looking to do a complete change just need to know where I should start so if anyone has any tips on exercise, diet etc please feel free. I feel like I need to take some kind of control back over life and body is one thing I feel like I can control and change. I have a young dd and find it hard to get to the gym but in the next couple weeks I'm going to start a 4 week bootcamp/spin class which would be two nights a week. So I more looking for routines that I can do at home, I'm not much for videos i find I get pretty bored doing them. I'm mostly driven by groups and seeing being around me doing it and trying to do it just a little longer then someone else. Sounds bad but i need that kind of push to get going. TIA!

To be honest, your weight in relation to height seems pretty good, but I appreciate your need for change nonetheless.

What do you eat and what times do you eat, as I think this would be the first thing to address.

I have the exact same profile specs as you and have been searching for the same motivation. boyfriend is a gym rat so I go with him but being stuck inside is not thing so I go on long hikes to increase fitness. This way you are working a lot of different muscles and getting the lean natural look without bulk. I wish there was someone that could just tell me what to do everyday but until I find that I will stick with outside activities. Will be checking back to see if anyone has other ideas, thanks for the post.

Your weight seems to be good. own opinion is that you should re-arrange your proper diet plan and take exercise daily. That,s really beneficial for you. If possible you should join Gym and do proper exercise as per gym instructions. Nice to see your post. God Bless you :)
