Shake?

Post by outdoorman »

Hi,

Has anyone heard of or tried this Shake?

http://myshakeology.com/theshake" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

I guess it is supposed to be the best shake out right now, healthiest/most nutritious?
It has seemed to help people with IBS and has good reviews....

Thanks!

Incidentally, how did you find that page, because it's a specific shakeology page and the base URL, (myshakeology.com) doesn't permit unauthorised access, so you must have had access to that specific page via some kind of logon.

Unless of course you are Lance, in which case you can't promote Shakeology here and should have read the sticky post aimed at Beachbody people first.

I will assume for now you're not Lance, in which case it is probably perfectly suitable for people with IBS, however due to people hawking it on the internet in unnacceptable ways, I'd potentially avoid it as too many beachbody people for liking use spamming techniques ot promote it, but other things like greens plus, juice plus etc can all claim boasts of some kind, but in many cases some of these things are backed by flimsy, or non-existant science and / or poor or average disclosure of ingredient types and amounts, so it is hard to ascertain benefit, to people wanting to research such things for themselves.

If I was planning on taking a supplement, I would want independant internet based reviews and access to a full list of ingredients and amounts, so anything I was unsure of I could research for myself, using credible, unbiased webistes pertaining to one or more ingredients, their effects and beneficial / toxic or unhealthy amounts.

Any company not disclosing full information on ingredients and levels of ingredients, would get back up, as it's simply not a matter of whether a respective countries laws, force disclosure on websites the same as it should on packaging; it's about being transparent to your target market, not partially hidden, as that is disrespecting the target market and implies some level of potential shadiness on the companies part. Hide some important ingredient information, hide some potential unwanted truths, but then also take away someones right to make an impartial choice on whether or not to buy.

These are considerations you must make regards shakeology or any kind of meal replacement or type supplement.
