Some days I replace fish with chicken.
(Fish has heavy metal content, so I would advise you to limit fish to low metal fish, or if you consume high metal fish, limit to 3x a week as per current consumer guidelines, but if you do consume low metal fish, limit to around 100g a day either in one sitting, or as 2 x 50g portions a day, each portion being in seperate meals obviously.
You can find metal in fish lists somewhere on the net, which tell you about the metal content in different types of fish, if you're not sure )

I'll go the other way here.
I'd suggest you say screw you diet and just become a powerlifter. You definitely have the structure for it.

No unfortunately nothing but I went to the doctor and found out about the real reason behind failure to lose weight.Alinshop wrote: Any new progress to report?
Its hypothyroidism. TSH was 12 about 1 month back. The doctor prescribed me a medicine and told me to take it for 6 weeks and get blood checked again.
Lets see if I lose any fat once thyroid level normalizes.

But I must admit that in frustration I am eating a bit more fat. Not necessarily junk food but I am adding butter to food to add taste.

Looks like a nice routine!
Have you tried "I Cant Believe It's Not Butter" spray yet?? I don't know whats in it, but I believe it has zero fat and calories. Tastes like the real thing to me!

It might have helped to list the sodium properly.

It could have said 0.3mg, 0.2% for 1 spray, just to not confuse by adding the disclaimer at the bottom, then there's no need for the disclaimer, as you can add the 15mg for 5 sprays disclosure to the 5% disclosure in the initial listing.
Those tweaks would have saved time on label printing, made the listings clearer and possibly sped up production a little more and saved money over time on ink costs, by needing to print on the labels a bit less, so savings could eventually be passed up to the consumer, even if realistically it was only 1¢ per container.
