Hello! I'm new here :)
I was wondering if any of you can help me with figuring out daily calorie needs. Tomorrow I'm starting with gym and I plan to go every day or at least 6 days a week. I'm planning to do cardio for at least 30 minutes and strength workouts for muscles. I'm female, 180cm height (5 ft 11) and I weigh about 73-74 kgs. I would like to lose weight and fat and goal weight is 65 kgs. Actually I'm not really planning weigt loss only, I want to get in shape. role model is Chicken TUna :D so I would definitely LOVE to look like her and I'm willing to put some serious effort in getting body like hers. Anyway... I'm pretty tall so I can't figure out if I should eat 1500 calories/more/less... Can someone help me with this?

Hi Mila, good to talk to you.

If you're going to build muscle eat more than 1,500 even for females. 1,800 calories a day is for sedentary females, so I'd aim for 300-400 above that so there's enough sustenance for your body to do the cardio and the weights.
