Honest Q, Want an Honest Answer
Is it okay to eat cake/ice-cream/little candy a day as carbs for one meal only, and small amount, not talking kitkat, or a whole huge cake, or grat amount of ice cream.
Is it?
I can't seem to stop myself lately, so I'm eating everyday, but little really. Not ever meal a cake, or ice cream, or candy. Just once.
I read that when sugars goes into your body, your body does not recognize where it's from.
I know some of these stuff are unhealthy, and are empty calories, but is it okay? I'm just going through a I-need-sugar phase, while couple of week ago, it was like I-need-more-fat phase.
I dont want to stop myself 100%, cause i know i will FALL BACK. But I balance it. I believe I do.

It's probably true, the body doesn't recognise where Sugars come from.
The body basically processes calories, and uses them according to what they are and what they do.
As for your query, I don't think you'll cause yourself a major problem. If you stick to one meal, and you keep the portion very low.
Though I am not advocating loads of Sugary or Fatty negative Carbs, just so thats clear

ha, i know of course you're not
But i just needed to know if it's fine to eat sugary stuff that comes from that source, and no big portion or every meal. Cause I really dont want to deprive myself, like i did, and suddenly go back, and more!

i know im on a diet and i shouldnt cheat. B4 it was one day a week to eat whatever I want deom junk, reasonable portions, and healthy stuff as well, but it doesnt seem to work.
The thing is i think it's because of monthly. Ehm.
It happens a lot to me. When i get period....i just want to eat sugar, junk shit, and stuff like that.
So..i think its just a phase right now for me...that will ease up and go soon.

I noticed this happens a lot to me when I get "the montly"..I really just want to sugar, especially ice cream!
Btw, is having our period(girls of course) does anything to our bodies? Metablosim? Calories? Anything like that? Or nothing at all? It surely does POOF stomache like I was fat, and doesn't go or relaxes easily afterwards.
It makes me go in a depressed state, and angry too!
