B: Slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted with a little Smuckers Natural Red Tart Cherry Fruit Spread, along with a cup of tea and OJ; AB: AB: Cup of coffee with a little sugar and milk; 1 glass of water; Lunch: Slice of Pepperjack cheese with a little mustard on a slice of wheat bread toasted and a portion of Delmonte Pears, diced up, glass of ice tea; AL: glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: Half of 15.8 can of Campbell's spaghetti O's and topped with Parmesan/Romano cheese blend, with a slice of toasted Oroweat Italian bread on the side with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: (3) Pepperidge Farms Milano orange/chocolate cookies; BT - 1 glass of water

B: Slice of white bread toasted with a little Smucker's strawberry jelly, 1 cup tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little vanilla creamer; 1 butterscotch candy, 1 lozenge; Lunch: Don't do a regular lunch on Saturday but a handful of popcorn, 25 Pretzel sticks for sodium intake, 10 Lay's potato chips, slice of Provolone cheese, glass of ice tea; AL: - 1 glass of water, 2 butterscotch candies; Dinner: 1/4 slice of Frittata (made with 5 eggs with 3/4 cup milk), diced peppers (2 each of green, yellow, orange, red), California onion powder, and 1/3 cup of Kraft Colby Jack shredded cheese topped with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of mozzarella with a slice of Munster cheese on the top, small slice of French bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of Hot Chocolate with French vanilla creamer; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 butterscotch candies; D: No dessert; 2 butterscotch candies, Bedtime: 1 glass of water
