First time poster.
I just started P90X for second time. I did it three years ago and I like/need the structure. I did not maximize results the first time because I didn't adhere to any sort of healthy diet and I burned out after about six weeks (I finished the program, but the last six weeks were kind of a waste and I did not improve).
When I started, I bought the P90X recovery formula and I felt like it helped me, but I am looking for other recovery drink options. What do you recommend?

A decent low cost protein powder would work, so one with around 4-6 ingredients or even just a glucose based energy drink, or alternatively chocolate milk, or a powdered maltodextrose mixed with water.
