B: Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little strawberry jelly, along with a cup of tea, glass of OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 1 glass of water; 2 Lifesavers Lunch: (1) Hard boiled egg on a slice of Oroweat Italian bread toasted, and and a portion of Delmonte Lite Sliced peaches (15 oz), glass of ice tea; AL: 1 glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: (2.5 ounces) of Mini penne pasta with peas and carrots and topped with brown gravy, with salt and pepper, onion powder and basil, and 2 teaspoons of Parmesan/Romano cheese, with slice of Oroweat bread toasted with a little Country Crock margarine, glass of ice tea;, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 3 Lifesaver candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk lemon/chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); BT - 1 glass of water

B: Glass of milk; Slice of split top white bread toasted with a little Strawberry jelly and a cup of tea and OJ; AB: Glass of ice coffee with a little sugar and vanilla creamer; 2 Lifesavers; Glass of water; Lunch: Hard boiled egg with a little ketchup on a slice of wheat bread, and NO FRUIT THIS WEEK, glass of ice tea; AL: glass of water, 3 Lifesaver candies; Dinner: HH with VEGETABLES: HH Mexican Cheesy Enchilada Rice and Cheesy sauce mix and topping mix with 1/2 cup of diced fresh red pepper, green, orange and yellow peppers, 1/2 cup of frozen yellow corn mixed in, a can of S& W chili beans added (1/8 of mixture) in a flour tortilla topped with a little Special sauce (Tapatio sauce and ketchup mix), with a pinch of Parmesan, mozzarella cheese with a tortilla on the side with some homemade hot sauce, glass of ice tea; AD - cup of coffee with a little milk; 1 glass of ice tea, 2 Lifesaver candies; D: Pepperidge Farms Milk chocolate cookies( 2 cookies); BT - 1 glass of water
