That's an awesome article. I just started changing up routine with some more unique exercises. I've moved away from deadlifts and into more unique variations (hex bar, dumbbells, etc.) I found that these are easier on shins and legs. Deadlifts really hurt and scrape me for some reason. I've tired these protective socks https://healthygymhabits.com/equipment/ ... ing-socks/ and they work well, however i'm still kind of over the whole thing.

How's your yoga going for you? Let me know as i'm curious about getting into that as well!
