How can I fully define chest (overall)

Post by anteis99 »

I want to know what would be the best exercises to define the outter lower part of chest. I weigh around 195lbs and I just started increasing weight as each week goes on. On monday I workout chest 45min to an hour, i do 6 to 8. I'm starting to see the middle of chest and upper chest bulk up, but lower area needs work. How can I shape the area next to the arm pit. Like George St. Pierre from the UFC his chest is very well defined. Any help???? :!:

I'm sure that you've heard that decline bench press, and chest dip, dumbell pull over...etc will help you define more of your lower pack.
But there isn't really a workout that isolates your muscle completely. what i mean is that forexample if you do incline bench press, all of your chest gest worked out (upper, middle, and lower). If you want definition (tone), you might want to lose body fat, so it would show better the muscle you have..... :)

You will probably get the best results from decline dumbell press and flys. You might want to incorporate decline cable fly's also.

All I used to do was bench press, incline press, and decline press. I don't know why I wanted such a big chest, and it sounds stupid to me now, but decline will work the lower part of your pec (pectoralis major), incline works the upper part (pectoralis major), and I think that flies and especially dips are amazing for the outer part of your chest.
