day 1 - upper body
day 2 - lower body
day 3 - off
REPEAT
day 1 - abs, legs
day 2 - biceps, back
day 3 - triceps, chest
day 4 - abs, legs
day 5 - biceps, back
day 6 - triceps, chest
day 7 - off
REPEAT
the 2nd one has 2 arm days in a row, but upper body takes so much longer than lower body, i dont know what to do ... by the way, shoulders and stuff like that, not listed, is obviously included but im not sure what machines work them ... running is mixed in too
i want to gain some weight in muscle
ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS???
