Pre Workout meals
Looking for some suggestions about what I should eat before a workout. Also, how long before a workout should I eat? I have always been confused about this so many ideas are appreciated.

Anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Depending on your schedule.

Everyone is going to be a little different with this. Usually I try to eat a light meal about two hours before I hit the gym. 2% milk and and apple works for me. If I eat something too heavy or too soon before I train, I don't feel so good during training.
