Eliptical *hmmm*

Post by Cmendryk »

While right now for me it's all about getting back into it for the first week or so, I haven't really ever had a good eliptical plan, I seen a few ideas with the 3 min warm-up then 1 minute going psycho fast, then the next go easy for like bleh amount of minutes, I dont remember what brand it is, but I got an eliptical trainer with about 30 different "courses" and I think theres 15 different difficulty levels, and main mission as of right now is to get rid of the midsection that snuck up on me, diet as of right now sucks due to the whole can't go and buy decent food until tommorow :( But basically I want to know what's the best way to use this machine? I haven't really tried anything before but the normal pace throughout the whole excersize (not knowing there was better ways to do it), so any help is appreciated. But if it's a needed knowledge, most of this fitness fun is oriented into me playing hockey next year, so I do have a LOT of time to get prepared for it, but starting now, benefits me greatly.

(Thanks In Advance)

Did you go shopping for food yet???
Make a shopping list…
It’s a good way to budget also know what you need to prepare your meals.
Are you asking about Intervals on elliptical machine?
Do you workout at the gym or home?

When I first looked NOONE REPLIED. When I looked today three?

I can't go buy food cuz I can't get to the store and idea of fun isn't hauling craploads of healthy food home in -30 celcius weather.. Weee. But I got a good list and I will be reading labels like it's 1995 (whatever that means). Today is day of buying food. And then I will apparently have someone helping me more so then not, refreshin suppliesz

But No, haha I never played hockey before, skating skill is rather high but balance is a tad shaky sometimes and stopping needs... ALOT of work, but otherwise It's good excersize and a lot of fun.

I am using an eliptical, and really I was wondering on the intensity primarily becuase of the whole hockey player shifts, stuff like that but it's good to know what I had been doing worked well, now it's just a matter of doing that continually.

Thanks for the advice anyhows, and yes... diet hasn't really been fluxed with awesomeness healthyness yet because I am first weening myself off of the coca cola, the candy, theres a reason I ask questions, and have drank more water in the past two days then i had all last year.. I WANT, neigh. I am going to change me ways.

YAY TO A BUNCH OF HEALTHYFOODBUYINGTHATSGOINGTOCOSTLOTSOFMONEYBUTIT'SWORTHITANYHOW.

Can you read that?
