One of the most important things when choosing a protein powder is how easily it mixes in a shaker bottle. A lot of people don’t have access to a blender during the day so they take a shaker bottle with them to work or the gym. Just add a bottle of cold water into a shaker along with a scoop or two of protein powder and start shaking away. It was very evenly mixed and allowed for an enjoyable guzzle for a high protein infusion before and after a workout.
