If you’re looking for a cheap, inexpensive way to get a great cardio workout without spending a lot of money on expensive machines, then using a jump rope is the perfect solution for you. Jump ropes are an affordable and totally portable piece of cardio equipment that you can use anywhere and get a great fat burning workout. If you only have a small space to exercise like an apartment, garage or small room in your house, then you don’t have too many options when you are on a tight budget and can’t afford expensive treadmills, elliptical machines or exercise bikes. For under $10, our ShapeFit jump ropes provide an overall body workout that tones up and works all of the major muscles groups of your body including your legs, chest, back and arms. When you do cardio, the key is working more major muscles groups like your arms and your legs. When you exercise using big muscle groups, you are able to burn more overall calories which will help you shed more unwanted body fat, lose weight and get lean. I have a big tummy after having a Cesarean section (C-section). What can I do to reduce my stomach?

    • Hi Olanrewaju – If you have excess fat around your stomach then you will just need to adjust your diet and include cardio exercise to help burn calories and reduce your overall body fat percentage. If you’re already lean without much fat around your stomach and it’s bulging out then that’s another issue completely. If your stomach muscles were cut during the procedure (versus pulled back) then you will want to consult with your physician about finding the right exercise plan to avoid injury.
