Jump ropes are an affordable and totally portable piece of cardio equipment that you can use anywhere and get a great fat burning workout. I have a big tummy after having a Cesarean section (C-section). What can I do to reduce my stomach?

    • Hi Olanrewaju – If you have excess fat around your stomach then you will just need to adjust your diet and include cardio exercise to help burn calories and reduce your overall body fat percentage. If you’re already lean without much fat around your stomach and it’s bulging out then that’s another issue completely. If your stomach muscles were cut during the procedure (versus pulled back) then you will want to consult with your physician about finding the right exercise plan to avoid injury.
