    Adeel’s Weight Loss Story!

    When did you become unhappy with your weight?
    I became very sluggishness.

    What made you decide to lose weight?
    Dangers of being overweight. I studied those in Reader’s Digest.

    What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
    My diet plan was the most important.

    What was most challenging about losing weight?
    Switch from normal food to the Atkin’s plan.

    How long did it take you to start to see results?
    Only 6 days!

    How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
    40 days.

    How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
    I’m have been maintaining my current weight since Dec 20, 2006 by eating less oily foods, minimizing cold drinks and continuing the 30 min walks.

    How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
    Now my life is good. I feel myself active and want to do something all the time.

    I’m new to ShapeFit and shall get benefits in the coming days!

    Adeel’s Weight Loss Tips!

    Weight loss tip #1:
    30 min walk daily.

    Weight loss tip #2:
    Use of stairs instead of lift in office.

    Weight loss tip #3:
    Take tea and coffee without sugar and milk.

    Weight loss tip #4:
    Drink water 10 minutes before each meal.

    Weight loss tip #5:
    Increase protein and reduce carbohydrates in food.

    Adeel’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!

    Breakfast:
    One boiled egg and a cup of tea without sugar.

    Lunch:
    4 ounces of boiled chicken with piece with lemon.

    Dinner:
    4 ounces of boiled yams.

    Snacks or Mini Meals:
    Fresh salads, grape fruit, wheat biscuits and guava for filling.

    Adeel’s Weight Loss Workouts!

    Weight Training:
    I don’t currently weight train.

    Cardiovascular:
    Walking around in office. A total of 4 kms a day in 8 hour job.
