Allise’s Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
Last year my mom passed suddenly with only a weeks notice. I started to have depression and decided that I needed to do something about the loss that my family and I were facing. That’s why I started my weight loss journey.
What made you decide to lose weight?
The loss of my mom.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
My exercise and meal preparation. I no longer eat out at restaurants and make all my food at home. Every Sunday I meal prep my meals for the entire week.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Getting myself to the gym and being accountable.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
It took a few months to really start seeing results.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
A year and a half.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I have kept the weight off for several months. I exercise daily and my meal preparation is extremely important.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
Being healthy and inspiring others.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I have inspired people who I don’t even know. Many of those individuals have lost weight and have started meal prepping.
Do you have any advice for others who are trying to lose weight?
Don’t give up! Your life is worth it. Make it beautiful!

Allise’s Weight Loss Workouts!
I do weight lifting workouts 3 times a week.
I run for a 1/2 hour which equals 3 miles. I also run in races. I compete in 5Ks, 10Ks, mud runs and my first half marathon was a few months ago. I’m currently scheduled to compete in a half marathon next year!
