    My entire life.

    I could not move or walk around.

    My diet and adding weight training.

    Sticking to the diet and my weight training regimen.

    It has changed completely! I can now easily move around, go for walks and really enjoy life now!

    Christiane’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!

    Breakfast:
    1 cup of oatmeal (old fashioned – no sugar) with 1 scoop of whey protein powder.

    Lunch:
    1 chicken breast and a sweet potato (plain).

    Dinner:
    Grilled, oven roasted chicken or fish with veggies.

    Snacks or Mini Meals:
    Protein bars and protein shakes.

    Christiane’s Weight Loss Workouts!

    Weight Training:
    MWF – Full body resistance training, upper and lower body.

    Cardiovascular:
    Cardio is every day for 30 minutes.
