    Colin’s Weight Loss Story!

    When did you become unhappy with your weight?
    January, 2010.

    What made you decide to lose weight?
    I felt depressed and sick all the time.

    What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
    No junk food and lots and lots of exercise. Just fruit, veggies, fish and meat.

    What was most challenging about losing weight?
    Cutting out junk food.

    How long did it take you to start to see results?
    About 2 months.

    About 10 months.

    How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
    A few months. I do it by cutting out junk food and sticking to my exercise plan.

    How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
    100% change! I’m not the same person I was, which is great.

    I was motivated from reading the other weight loss success stories.

    Drink plenty of water.

    At least 1 hour of exercise a day.

    Colin’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!

    Breakfast:
    Porridge (oatmeal).

    Lunch:
    Chicken salad.

    Dinner:
    Grilled fish and vegetables.

    Snacks or Mini Meals:
    Fruit (mainly pineapple, kiwi and oranges).

    Colin’s Weight Loss Workouts!

    Weight Training:
    I have not started weight training yet.

    Cardiovascular:
    Walking, running and the exercise bike.
