Dan’s Weight Loss Story!
The past 8 months of my life has been amazing. I can’t begin to tell you how much has changed and what has happened. I never thought 8 months ago, I would be inspiring and helping so many lives. It’s all about giving back and paying it forward now. Life is amazing and I’m thankful everyday for this gift I was given (a second chance to live). The story of how I got to such a bad place is as important as how I got to where I am today. It’s a story that deals with depression, faith, overcoming, confidence, fear, hope, challenges, motivation, friendship and most important, health and weight loss. I want to share my story and help all those who are in that very dark place where I once was.

When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I got into a very bad place both mentally and physically a few years ago.
What made you decide to lose weight?
The will to live again.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Food and exercise, but the biggest change was inside!
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Walking into the gym the first time.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
Very, very quickly.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I workout Monday through Friday, 35-45 minutes a day.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
It has changed me so much. I help others now and sharing my story is a big part of it. I walk, breath, move and I feel so much better. I’m a new person!

I workout with weights on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday and Thursday is more up-tempo cardio work.
