    I have maintained my weight for about 6 months now. I did it by just eating a healthy diet and exercising twice a day.

    Whatever my wife cooks. Only one serving though with no seconds!

    Power Bar, fresh fruit, fresh vegetables.

    Weight Training:
    1 hour of light weight lifting a day.

    Cardiovascular:
    1 hour of cardio every day.
