When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I became unhappy with my weight when my friends got selected in the Navy and I was rejected in the physical test.
What made you decide to lose weight?
When I was rejected in the physical test, I decided to lose weight and compete for the bodybuilding championship.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I cut down calories and every drop of fat. I also cut out unhealthy carbs from my diet. I also strictly followed my exercise schedule.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
The most challenging part was avoiding fast food, burning off the belly fat and the fat on my lower back.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
It took approximately 1 month.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I have been maintaining my weight for 6 months by strictly following my diet and exercise program.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
Now I have more power, energy and stamina throughout the day! I’m also more active now on my job. The best part is now I can wear what I want!

1 glass of skim milk with whey protein, 1 bowl of oats, 2 bananas.
1 large plate of salad (400 grams), 1 boiled potato with 4-5 red or green tomatoes, broccoli and mixed fruit juice.
Protein shake, brown rice, yogurt and bread.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Mixed fruit salad, or lemon juice.

I concentrate my weight training to large muscle groups and use exercises like deadlifts, bench press and squats. I also do crunches and leg raises.
Football, cycling and 45 minutes on the treadmill.
