Imran’s Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I was always unhappy with my weight ever since I can remember.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I always wanted to do it. I recently moved back home and got into a proper routine and was able to get into shape. The main reason was so I wouldn’t be constantly self-conscious!
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
My diet! I totally cut out the fat and exercised everyday. No more white bread, no more fizzy drinks. Everything in my diet is sugar-free and low-fat. I try not to eat anything without reading the label first.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Carrying on day after day. Getting on the treadmill and thinking I’ve got an hour to go!
How long did it take you to start to see results?

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
For 3 months now. I’m sticking to the strict no fat diet and still exercising everyday but now switched to the weight lifting exercises instead of only doing cardio.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
It’s amazing how every moment from when I wake up in the morning, to when I go to bed, I feel good! I’m actually happy for the first time in my life. The only regret I kind of have is that I should have done this a long time ago!

Imran’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!
ALWAYS the same. 7 days a week. I have 3 wholemeal toast, 1 fried egg without butter and beans.
Sandwich with a filler such as fish or a salad.
Grilled meat of some sort which is usually fish, red meat or chicken with wholemeal bread and grilled chips.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
Grapes, bananas and apples are my favorite. I also eat baked crisps and Cheerios in skim milk.
Imran’s Weight Loss Workouts!
No weight lifting was involved in my weight loss workouts. However, now I have started weight training.
One hour of walking or running as much as I can handle while pushing myself to get the most out of the workout.
