    Imran’s Weight Loss Story!

    When did you become unhappy with your weight?
    I became unhappy with my weight when I was in the 10th grade.

    What made you decide to lose weight?
    I wanted to change the way I looked and be a better football player. I also wanted to show the girls who rejected me that I could lose the weight and reach my goals.

    What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
    To become a good football player.

    What was most challenging about losing weight?
    Having to walk past restaurants which were full of junk food and have the willpower to avoid indulging in them.

    How long did it take you to start to see results?
    It took me 1 month to see results.

    How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
    It took 1 year to reach my current weight.

    How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
    I have maintained my weight loss for 7 months.

    How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
    It has changed a lot! I play midfielder for the college football team and I hope to play professional football in the future.

    Drink lots of water.

    Eat lots of veggies and fruits.

    Cardio.

    Breakfast:
    Cereal and a bottle of water.

    Lunch:
    Chicken breast, 2 pieces of whole wheat toast.

    Dinner:
    Spinach, toast, orange juice.

    Snacks or Mini Meals:
    Protein bars, fruit, carrots or cucumbers.

    Imran’s Weight Loss Workouts!

    Weight Training:
    I train a different body part each day as part of my weight lifting routine.

    Cardiovascular:
    I do cardio for 45 minutes every day.
