When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I became unhappy with my weight after I had my son. I had gained a lot and knew I had to make a big change to lose the extra fat I had packed on.
What made you decide to lose weight?
It was my New Years resolution. I decided that I needed to make a true lifestyle change and lose the extra weight.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
My eating habits changed dramatically! I cut way back on high-fat, sugary junk foods and chose clean foods.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
It was very difficult to avoid eating all the tasty junk food I loved. Making the transition to clean eating was difficult, but after a few weeks I started craving healthier foods.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
It only took me 1 month to notice changes in my body.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
I took me 6 months to reach my current weight.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I have maintained my weight for 2 months. I watch what I eat and I walk every day.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I have more confidence and I’m happier than ever! It’s amazing how your life can change once you lose weight and have more energy and self-confidence.

Jacqueline’s Weight Loss Tips!
Weight loss tip #1:
Walk for an hour every day.
Weight loss tip #2:
Don’t drink anything but water. Avoid all sugary soda and even fruit juices. They are packed with sugar and calories. Water is your best choice when you’re trying to lose weight!
Weight loss tip #3:
If you eat junk food, only eat it in small amounts. If you have an addiction to junk food, then you need to be very careful and make sure that not even a little treat results in a week-long binge.
Weight loss tip #4:
Keep a food log. This is key to learning how and why you’re eating along with understanding exactly what types of foods and the amounts of food you consume every day.

Stay positive! Keep a smile on your face and make every day useful!

Jacqueline’s Weight Loss Workouts!
I train my upper body 2 times a week and my lower body 2 times a week. I also train abdominals 5 days a week.
My cardio consist of walking every day for at least an hour.
