I was a walking ticking time bomb, tipping the scales at almost 300 pounds! Compounded by health issues and emotional break downs, I was at the end of my rope. After a routine doctor’s visit left me covered in vomit, urine and feces, I was faced with the very real life changing dilemma that I was going to die a very fat woman. Making a decision to change my life came through a great deal of soul searching, a tearful pleading session with my son and an online obsession with learning and educating myself on health and wellness.
That’s where ShapeFit.com came in. I’m now 150 pounds less than I was a year ago, my life has completely altered, I am fit, healthy and above all, WELL!
