When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I’ve been unhappy about my weight for a while, in January I just decided to do something about it!
What made you decide to lose weight?
A co-worker and I were working together to lose weight.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Watching what I ate and tracking my workouts with FitTracker.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Not getting discouraged when the weight wasn’t coming off. Also, portion control.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
I saw results in about a month or so.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
7 months.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I’m still trying to lose more weight. I’m still tracking my calories and exercising more.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I feel better and sleep better. It’s a lot easier to move around now!

Baked potato and vegetables.

Thin bread, 2 slices of lunch meat, 1 slice of cheese, tomato, lettuce.
