Josh’s Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
All my life. I finally decided to take charge.
What made you decide to lose weight?
An inspirational teacher of mine in high school showed me the road. I had to take it.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Everything! Eating right and learning that food and nutrition can be healthy or poisonous. I also learned that exercise is your friend.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Changing my whole routine of how and what I should eat.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
About a week. It has only been 10 months since I started.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
10 months.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
10 months. I have exercised everyday and I continue to learn which foods are good and which foods are bad for me.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
Everyone treats me so different. I have new friends, and lost old ones. My family treats me so much different also. I finally have a girlfriend, haha!

Breakfast:
Protein based meal that usually includes egg whites with toast.

My favorite, which is a grilled chicken breast with steamed broccoli and a side salad.

Protein filled snacks, cheese sticks and cans of tuna.
Josh’s Weight Loss Workouts!
Weight Training:
Mainly weight training. I lift weights 5 days a week.
Cardiovascular:
I do cardio as well, after I lift weights. I usually use the treadmill or the elliptical machine when my legs hurt. I have experimented with playing basketball also.
