  1. This is probably the most heartwarming and wonderful success story I’ve ever read. Thanks very much for being a great inspiration! I will work on having more patience from reading your story.

  2. Very impressive! I only weigh 200 pounds and need to lose around 50 pounds. I will use a few of the tips you recommended and hopefully they will help me, thanks!

  3. Incredible! You should be very proud of your accomplishments (including getting your health back).
How did you deal with loose skin?

Amazing transformation! Congratulations on what you accomplished and what would have thought to be an impossible undertaking at the beginning when you decided to lose the weight. Being a diabetic (type 2), your diet is perfect for me to keep my blood sugar under control. Were your vegetables only green vegetables or did you also include yams and sweet potatoes into your diet? What did you do for cardio and for how long each day? Did you do full body workouts or did you do some kind of split routine over the course of a week? Thank you!
