Amazing transformation! Congratulations on what you accomplished and what would have thought to be an impossible undertaking at the beginning when you decided to lose the weight. Being a diabetic (type 2), your diet is perfect for me to keep my blood sugar under control. Were your vegetables only green vegetables or did you also include yams and sweet potatoes into your diet? What did you do for cardio and for how long each day? Did you do full body workouts or did you do some kind of split routine over the course of a week? Thank you!
