King’s Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
After 10th grade, I put on about 100 pounds and I never realized how hard it was to get up a set of stairs with that much weight.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I’m happily married and down the road if we have kids, I wanted to lose weight to be able to see them grow up and then to see them have kids of their own. That will be wonderful.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
You’re not going to lose weight being bitter and lazy. I changed my diet and included exercise into my lifestyle.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
Definitely my diet.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
If you’re really heavy set, you’re probably not going to see much of a difference after 10 or 20 pounds. I saw results after losing about 30 pounds which took about 3 months.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
About 5 months. I averaged about 10 pounds of weight loss each month.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I’m still continuing to lose weight. It’s not a destination, it’s a journey.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I’m so much more energized now!
How did ShapeFit help you reach your weight loss goals?
