When did you become unhappy with your weight?
In 2004, after the cancer showed up.

What made you decide to lose weight?
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2004. At the time, I weighed 385 pounds! Choosing to live by faith, I skipped the surgery for the cancer and the weight loss. Instead, I began to research and I created a new lifestyle all on my own with dramatic results. I have now lost 225 pounds and I feel great!

What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I got completely rid of all my food chemical dependencies.

What was most challenging about losing weight?
Losing the last 20 pounds.


How long did it take you to start to see results?
Within the first year.

How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
5 years.

How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I maintain my weight loss by eating healthy and following my workout regimen.

I feel amazing and I now have my own business helping others.
