Mario’s Weight Loss Story!
When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I never really became unhappy with my weight, I just wanted to make a change in my life and start a healthier lifestyle.
What made you decide to lose weight?
To get to a healthy weight and also be able to wear clothes that would really look good on me.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
Staying motivated and dedicated to the gym. I’m very lazy and I love video games and junk food so it was very hard for me to make this change.
What was most challenging about losing weight?
The patience needed to see results. I was working hard every day and desperate to see changes. It was also hard not receiving motivation from my family and friends.
How long did it take you to start to see results?
The first month I didn’t lose any weight. I wanted to give up since I thought I was just fat. But after the second month, I lost 20 pounds and that was when I knew my workout plan was really working.
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
It took me 6 months. I still want to lose 20 more pounds so it might take me about 2 or 3 more months to do it.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
For about a month now. I still have 2 inches of body fat to lose but I’m focusing more on muscle toning now.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
I realized that I became a better person in different ways. I’m very social now and many girls feel attracted to me now.
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I feel great! I’m more secure with myself and I’m happy.
Do you have any advice for others who are trying to lose weight?
I researched on the Internet and made my own workout plan.

Mario’s Weight Loss Tips!
Weight loss tip #1:
Cut out all high calorie drinks, sodas, alcohol and juices.
Weight loss tip #2:
Stop eating candy, chips, and all other junk food.
Weight loss tip #3:
Do cardio at least 4 times per week for 40 minutes after your weight lifting workouts.
Weight loss tip #4:
See your doctor before you start your weight loss plan since some people might have a thyroid condition that will make it impossible to lose weight if they don’t follow the proper treatment.
Weight loss tip #5:
Drink a lot of water and eat 5 meals during the day.
Mario’s Weight Loss Eating Plan!
Sandwich with either turkey, tuna, peanut butter or cheese and whole grain bread.
Grilled fish with salad or grilled chicken with salad.
Fruit and yogurt.
Snacks or Mini Meals:
I currently do not take any supplements.

Monday: chest and triceps
Tuesday: back and biceps
Wednesday: shoulders and abs
Thursday: legs and calves
I do cardio 5 times per week after weight training for 40 minutes each session.
