When did you become unhappy with your weight?
At a New Year’s Eve party when some of my friends started teasing me about my stomach.
What made you decide to lose weight?
My blood pressure was very high and I ran out of breath a lot.
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I changed the way I look at food. I stopped eating beef, pork and white bread.

Being consistent and patient.
