When did you become unhappy with your weight?
I have been overweight my entire life but I was at my heaviest in 2011.
What made you decide to lose weight?
I wanted more for myself and my family. I wanted my zest for life back! I found an amazing health program that made it easy for me to lose the weight!
What were the most important changes you made to lose weight?
I started an amazing health program that gave me a free health coach. I learned new healthy habits as I lost the weight so now I know how to keep it off!
What was most challenging about losing weight?
The emotions that come up and learning my triggers so I could create healthy habits to help me be successful!
How long did it take you to start to see results?
How long did it take for you to reach your current weight?
The average weight loss for a woman on this program is 10 pounds per month.
How long have you maintained your weight loss and how do you do it?
I have maintained my weight loss for over a year. I continue to learn new healthy habits and I continue to reach out to my support system.
What keeps you motivated to continue your weight loss success?
My zest for life is back! My kids love that I play with them now instead of just watching from the sidelines. I feel amazing!
How has your life changed now that you’ve lost weight?
I’m more confident and I’ve become a health coach where I get to help others. I have a lot of energy! My cholesterol also went back down to the normal range.
